Job summary

Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to assist with technical analysis of manufacturing processes, costs, quality and safety for production. You will help identify improvements, document data, and support equipment and process enhancements on site.

Candidates with a technical degree and welding, machining, Creo Parametric, and CAD experience are preferred. The role requires on-site work five days a week with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• Experience with welding and machining is preferred.
• Creo Parametric and CAD experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements to equipment and processes.
• Executing manufacturing tasks according to SOPs and documenting data.
• Identifying issues and implementing process improvements.
• Providing engineering support for planning, operation, and maintenance.
