You will lead data-driven projects to improve safety, quality, and efficiency across manufacturing operations, designing systems, and implementing new technologies while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.
• Experience with lean/six sigma in manufacturing environments.
• Strong data analysis and root-cause problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain SPC methods, control charts, and capability studies.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using lean tools (value stream mapping, 5S, standard work).
• Apply DMAIC, A3, 8D, and root cause analysis to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams to implement improvements.
