Job summary

You will support New Capital Introduction projects and drive major process improvements from concept through startup. You will evaluate methods, develop current-state and future-state layouts, and collaborate with Operations, Quality, Safety, Maintenance, and suppliers to deliver safer, higher-quality, and faster production with
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
- Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, control plans, and root-cause analysis.
- Ability to lead cross-functional reviews and projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing engineering projects for New Capital Introduction and process improvements in Assembly.
- Benchmark and document current-state and future-state processes and layouts.
- Develop requirements, equipment concepts, and acceptance criteria for manufacturing equipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure manufacturing-readiness and safe startup.
