Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or related field is required.
- Experience with large capital investments preferred.
- Strong leadership of multi-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of new capital programs for capacity growth and capability improvement.
- Provide technical guidance in major manufacturing projects, working with internal/external suppliers to support productivity and cost effectiveness.
- Evaluating major systems and coordinating them with the total plant.
- Direct suppliers to analyze current or proposed designs to determine feasibility of using existing designs or modifying designs to improve process and/or product.
- Mentor manufacturing engineers and operators to develop high quality products and processes.
