Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of decision-making processes and how to evaluate business situations.
• Experience applying change control in manufacturing environments.
• Engineering knowledge to design and improve manufacturing systems and processes.
• Understanding lean manufacturing principals and their practical implementation.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and logistics equipment used in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with manufacturing methods and processes and ability to oversee production.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement enhancements to complex manufacturing operations equipment and processes.
• Monitor equipment reliability and address problem areas.
• Provide supervision, coaching and development for operations staff.
• Lead engineering support for planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
