Qualifications

• 5–7 years of continuous process manufacturing experience.
• Ability to use engineering tools to create hands-on process solutions.
• Working knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs, and efficiency improvements.
• Strong communication to influence and motivate across all levels of the organization.
• Advanced Excel skills; CAD knowledge; MES/ERP familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, tests, implements, documents, and continuously improves manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
• Leads Lean/Six Sigma projects to drive quality and productivity gains.
• Troubleshoots manufacturing and process issues; conducts root-cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Maintains manufacturing documentation and trains production personnel and leadership on new processes and best practices.
• Collaborates with design engineering on DFM reviews to ensure reliable, cost-effective production.
• Specifies, validates, and commissions new equipment and tooling for processing.
• May train and lead fellow staff on best practices.
