Job summary

PrideGlobal is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for an established cosmetics company near New Albany, Ohio. This is a 4-month contract opportunity with hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office, typically Tue-Thu).

You will lead process development and transfer of new technology as an individual contributor, coordinate projects from prototype to manufacturing, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and evaluate contract manufacturers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, or another engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 0–5 years of experience in a technical service or product development function.
• Experience in contract manufacturing preferred
• Project management experience preferred

Requirements

Additional Details

• Location model: hybrid (3 days per week in office, typically Tuesday-Thursday, with an occasional Friday meeting day)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
• Position Type: 4 month contract opportunity with potential to extend
• Salary range approved: $21.50-25/hr depending on experience
