What You’ll Do

• Own the Process: Take charge of assigned production cells, independently troubleshooting daily manufacturing issues and optimizing toolpaths for maximum efficiency.
• Drive Innovation: Analyze CMM data to make complex CNC program adjustments directly at the control, integrating new equipment and refining processes in our advanced facility.
• Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with engineering, planning, operations, and quality teams to ensure seamless production flow, while also training and qualifying shop‑floor operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering field.
• 4 to 12 years of hands‑on manufacturing engineering experience, with a strong background in 5-axis CNC machining (Mazak/Siemens controls preferred).
• Deep knowledge of metal cutting, programming, GD&T, and the ability to interpret CMM data to make real‑time adjustments on the shop floor.
