Job Title: Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Gpac has partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company with over 75 years of experience, seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. This role offers extensive low-cost benefit packages and competitive compensation.

Pay Range

$95,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and validate new manufacturing processes and techniques to improve production efficiency and quality.
• Develop, assess, refine, and document manufacturing procedures with a focus on standardization and repeatability.
• Maintain accurate documentation of tooling designs, process improvements, and shop orders to support production teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years in a job shop manufacturing engineering role, focusing on process development and optimization.
• Proficiency in SolidWorks and SigmaNest required.
• Strong blueprint reading skills, including proficiency in GD&T.
