Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day process troubleshooting and technical support for injection molding operations
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to meet cost, quality, and output goals
• Interpret and apply technical documents, including customer drawings and specifications
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Production, and Engineering
• Support process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and validation protocols
• Assist in process development and improvement initiatives for medical-grade silicone rubber and other molded components

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of injection molding experience, preferably in a medical device or regulated environment
• Familiarity with silicone rubber molding
