Job Description

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a focus on production reconciliation to join our team. The role involves reviewing engineering data, manufacturing work orders, non-conformances, and other artifacts to ensure production meets engineering requirements. The engineer will investigate discrepancies and determine appropriate resolution strategies, including creating or revising work instructions based on engineering standards.

Minimum Requirements

1. 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience with a degree, or 8 years without a degree.
2. ABET-accredited technical degree (e.g., Engineering, Engineering Technology) or equivalent work experience.
3. Experience in aerospace final assembly and installation.
4. Ability to review engineering data, including 3D and 2D models.
5. Proficiency with CATIA and ENOVIA; experience with IVT is preferred.
6. Proficiency in GOLDesp or similar MRO/Supply Chain Management software is preferred.
7. Ability to write planning work packages in MESci using BOM and CAPP modules is a plus.
8. Strong communication and writing skills.
