Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for a Gary, IN assignment. You will act as the technical lead for assigned production lines and support daily manufacturing activities while improving uptime, quality, and efficiency.

The position includes access to Adecco’s Aspire Academy and a strong training culture. Compensation is $35.00 per hour with full benefits offered by Adecco on assignment.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 year of experience in Manufacturing process.
• Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert for assigned manufacturing production lines.
• Support daily production activities and troubleshoot manufacturing process issues.
• Improve the performance of the manufacturing system by increasing equipment uptime, quality, and production efficiency.
• Analyze production data and implement solutions to reduce scrap, waste, and material usage variance (MUV).
• Support and sustain manufacturing operations while ensuring adherence to established engineering and quality standards.
• Create, revise, and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with documentation requirements, engineering standards, and quality system procedures.

Pay Details: $35.00 per hour
