NBC Mesh Tec seeks a motivated Junior Manufacturing Engineer to support daily production operations in our Illinois facility. You will gain hands-on experience in process improvements, quality initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include documenting processes, creating CAD drawings and layouts, and assisting with quotations and cost estimates. This entry-level position offers mentorship and growth into engineering or operations roles in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Business-level English communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and work in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and comfort working around machinery.
