We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team.
This role plays a key part in improving manufacturing efficiency, designing cost-effective production processes, and supporting cross‑functional teams to enhance quality and performance across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Design and optimize equipment and processes to ensure efficient, cost‑effective production.
- Develop accurate project budgets and timelines, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion.
- Provide technical support to manufacturing and service departments to resolve process or equipment issues.
- Assess the feasibility and cost‑effectiveness of new installations or modifications to existing machinery and processes.
- Collaborate closely with product engineering, equipment suppliers, and other internal teams to successfully execute improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in an engineering‑related field, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of machinery components, functions, and machining principles.
- General knowledge of PLC programming and logic circuits.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to create technical drawings and sketches.
- Solid mathematical and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and problem‑solving abilities.
