This role plays a key part in improving manufacturing efficiency, designing cost-effective production processes, and supporting cross‑functional teams to enhance quality and performance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and identify opportunities for improvement in manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Design and optimize equipment and processes to ensure efficient, cost‑effective production.
• Develop accurate project budgets and timelines, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget completion.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and service departments to resolve process or equipment issues.
• Assess the feasibility and cost‑effectiveness of new installations or modifications to existing machinery and processes.
• Collaborate closely with product engineering, equipment suppliers, and other internal teams to successfully execute improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent education and experience.
