Arthrex is seeking a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering – Repair Operations to lead engineering teams supporting global repair centers. You will drive repair process development, transfer, validation, and sustainment, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency across operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles to enhance repair capabilities and customer satisfaction. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing and Repair process knowledge.
• Technical knowledge in development methodologies, design, and project implementation.
• Proficiency in assessing the value of new ideas based on technical and financial merits.
• Expert in the use of statistical and analytical techniques for problem-solving (Six Sigma).

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the Engineering team, ensuring timely execution of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team through coaching and career development.
• Direct development, transfer, validation, and sustainment of repair processes, equipment, tooling, and test methods.
• Ensure repair centers have capability, documentation, infrastructure, and engineering support.
