- 7 years Manufacturing Engineering/Manufacturing Operations experience.
- 3 years supervisory or management experience.
- Medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team across suture assembly manufacturing operations.
- Develop and implement processes for needle attaching, assembly, automation, and fixture design.
- Drive quality, throughput, and process capability in a regulated environment.
- Ensure compliance and manage engineering changes.
