Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field is required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in Manufacturing or Engineering with business analysis or process improvement is required.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment (5+ years) and customer-facing responsibilities (8+ years) are noted.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and vendors responsible for technology, data collection, and information management of Arthrex Operations.
• Maintain relationships with business units and service organizations to align needs with architecture and future state.
• Lead planning and execution of technology initiatives, prioritizing projects to support goals.
• Direct delivery standards and communications across the organization.
• Ensure best practices are applied to business processes and systems for operations.
• Drive proactive process improvement and ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions and services.
