Job summary

Arthrex is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions & Operational Technology to partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Facilities, and Logistics. Leading a multi-site team, you will drive data-driven decisions, process innovation, and technology deployment to improve operations across Arthrex.

You will manage staff and vendors, align technology initiatives with business goals, and advance analytics, automation, and engineering capabilities to sustain high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/engineering with business analysis or process improvement required.
• 5 years leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• 8 years of customer-facing responsibilities in service required; pharma/medical device exp a plus.
• Experience in Manufacturing Process Design and Analytics preferred.
• Lean and Six Sigma preferred.
• SAP ECC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage staff and vendors responsible for technology, data collection, and information management.
• Develop architectural models showing how current and future needs will be met efficiently and sustainably.
• Lead planning and execution of technology initiatives aligned to business goals.
• Ensure standards for delivery and communications across the organization.
• Collaborate across disciplines to develop tech solutions supporting Arthrex growth.
• Guide adoption of advanced tech including AMRs, AGVs, VLMs, RFID, robotics.
