Job summary

You will work with manufacturing, production, quality, maintenance, logistics and finance teams to analyze data, perform time studies, update layouts, and develop standard work instructions in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s or higher program or recently graduated within one year.
• Pursuing a degree in a technical field related to manufacturing/engineering.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing engineers with process improvement projects.
• Perform time studies, data collection, and layout updates.
• Assist with standard work documentation and training materials.
• Analyze production data and downtime to inform decisions.
• Assist with capital project documentation and project tracking.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute plant projects.
