Job summary

Exemplar Global is seeking an EHS Manager in Indianapolis to lead site safety programs and build foundational EHS systems for a growing beverage manufacturing operation.

You will drive critical safety initiatives, analyze safety metrics, and ensure regulatory compliance across air, stormwater, wastewater, and hazardous waste programs while partnering with site leadership to foster a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Hands-on EHS professional with manufacturing experience and ownership of safety programs.
• Strong knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding, safety training, risk reduction, and regulatory compliance.
• Comfortable using metrics and data to drive decisions and program improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve site EHS programs with emphasis on safety, compliance, and engagement.
• Drive safety initiatives including LOTO, machine guarding, training, and program implementation.
• Analyze safety metrics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support environmental compliance activities including air permitting, stormwater, wastewater, and hazardous waste handling.
• Partner with operations and site leadership to build a strong safety culture in a growing operation.
• Report into and collaborate with an EHS Director.
