Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an EHS Manager to lead all Environmental Health and Safety programs for a manufacturing facility. The role drives continuous safety, health, and environmental excellence and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Responsibilities include developing training, coordinating OSHA and VPP-related activities, and maintaining the EHS management system. A bachelor's degree in EHS and several years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Health & Safety or related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in EHS.
• Experience leading safety programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety and health training and awareness programs.
• Plan, coordinate, and lead all site EHS training.
• Support employee-led safety committees and the EHS management system.
• Perform inspections, investigations, and analyses to minimize losses or environmental releases.
• Maintain regulatory compliance reporting and recordkeeping (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
