Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee environmental, health and safety programs at the manufacturing facility. You will drive continuous improvement in safety, health and environmental performance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include developing training, leading site EHS activities, supporting safety committees, managing the EHS system, conducting inspections and investigations, and coordinating with agencies to maintain VPP status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental, Health & Safety or related field OR 4+ years EHS experience.
• At least 3 years in EHS in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety and health training programs.
• Lead all site EHS training activities.
• Support employee safety committees and initiatives.
• Manage the EHS Management System and related records.
