Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking an EHS Manager to oversee environmental health and safety programs at two Hunt Valley facilities. The role ensures compliance with OSHA and local regulations, conducts audits, and leads training on emergency response and hazardous materials.

You will manage a small team, develop policies, track metrics, and drive continuous safety improvements across manufacturing sites in Maryland. US citizenship and security clearance eligibility required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S initiatives at two TESI locations, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update EH&S policies and procedures, including chemical safety, ergonomics, injury prevention, and building safety.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations; perform regular site audits and address discrepancies.
• Chair the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Safety Committee.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
