You will develop, implement, and oversee safety programs, ensure OSHA compliance, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of EH&S experience in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S initiatives at two TESI locations, ensuring adherence to regulations.
• Develop, implement, and update EH&S policies and procedures.
• Ensure OSHA compliance; perform regular site audits and address discrepancies.
• Chair the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Safety Committee.
• Investigate incidents, perform root cause analyses, and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain permits and complete required environmental reporting.
• Promote a safe work environment through hazard mitigation and engagement.
• Track EH&S metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Deliver EH&S training programs, including new hire orientation.
• Supervise and mentor a small EH&S team (1–2 direct reports).
