Lenco Armored Vehicles in Pittsfield, MA is seeking a Technical Writer to develop and maintain SWIs and PBs supporting Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production. The role focuses on clear, accurate, job-specific documentation to ensure consistency and quality across processes.

You will partner with Engineering and Production to gather data, consolidate drawings and diagrams, and ensure documentation adheres to safety and data protection guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing environment and translating procedures into clear instructions.
• Experience with ERP/PDM systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, write, and maintain Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) for manufacturing and assembly.
• Create Production Bulletins (PBs) and correspondingly detailed documentation for production requirements.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Production personnel on the shop floor to gather data.
• Work with Engineering Manager to establish documentation standards and diagrams.
