Based at a branch or corporate office, you will collaborate with OEM partners and internal teams, review failure trends, and support training with up-to-date content for new model introductions and field service.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication; translate mechanical concepts into clear instructions.
• Experience with heavy equipment systems (e.g., Komatsu, BOMAG, DEUTZ-Fahr) preferred.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, hydraulic schematics, and service manuals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PDF editing; maintain documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain Linder-specific service documentation for technicians and customers.
• Translate OEM updates into actionable instructions for field staff and service teams.
• Ensure documents meet clarity, accuracy, branding, and version control standards.
• Manage documentation libraries across all branches and ensure accessibility.
• Serve as a technical liaison between OEMs, branches, and internal departments.
