Job summary

The role supports Electronic Assemblers, Machine Operators and technical staff, and ensures standardized manufacturing documentation. The writer will create AI, MOI, training content, and other technical documents, update texts in ERP (Syteline) and Microsoft Office, and contribute to e‑Learning content while complying

Qualifications

• Two- or four-year college degree focused on communication and writing.
• 0–2 years’ experience in a production environment preferred.
• Experience with technical writing and procedural documentation is desirable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create Assembly Instructions, MOIs, Training Courses, JB, PCP and other docs for manufacturing.
• Capture photo/video documentation of production processes to support work instructions.
• Update documents using Microsoft Office and Syteline ERP.
• Develop training content for product knowledge and process training.
• Merge training content into PowerPoint for e‑Learning updates.
