Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deploy SOPs and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, ensuring compliance and performance improvements.
You will design training content with Microsoft Suite, Rise 360 and SwipeGuide, collaborate with SMEs and plant leaders, and maintain the plant's training library while upholding GMP/HACCP standards.

Position Responsibilities:
Develops and delivers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, facilitating team member qualifications to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines an report training status and completion on monthly basis
Design training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, andvideos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, SwipeGuide, etc.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and department leaders to ensure understanding of training and effective transfer of knowledge and skills
Coordinate the Train-the-Trainer programs utilizing SME’s or Safety Manager as directed by plant location
Maintain and update plant specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, publications, photos, etc.
Take appropriate action when violations to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) occuror when Process Controls suggestions are made
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree
Ability to climb stairs/steps and/or stand a minimum of eight hours
