Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Training Specialist to develop SOPs and deliver manufacturing training. You will design engaging content, work with SMEs and leaders, and manage trainer programs to ensure compliant, efficient operations across facilities.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with related experience or substantial equivalent education, plus hands-on training design skills and GMP knowledge. A strong focus on process quality, safety, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 2–4 years of related experience or HS diploma with 5–7+ years in training.
• Experience creating SOPs and training materials for manufacturing teams.
• Knowledge of GMP/HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers SOPs and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles to optimize performance and ensure compliance.
• Designs training content using pictures, charts, graphics, Rise 360, SwipeGuide, and related tools.
• Collaborates with SMEs and department leaders to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills.

Position Responsibilities:

• Develops and delivers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and on-the-job training for manufacturing roles, facilitating team member qualifications to optimize performance and ensure compliance with company guidelines an report training status and completion on monthly basis
• Design training content inclusive of pictures, charts, graphics, andvideos using Microsoft Suite Applications, Rise 360, SwipeGuide, etc.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) and department leaders to ensure understanding of training and effective transfer of knowledge and skills
• Coordinate the Train-the-Trainer programs utilizing SME’s or Safety Manager as directed by plant location
• Maintain and update plant specific documentation library consisting of reference materials, videos, publications, photos, etc.
• Take appropriate action when violations to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) occuror when Process Controls suggestions are made
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 2 to 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 5 to 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master’s degree
• Ability to climb stairs/steps and/or stand a minimum of eight hours
