Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field with strong accounting emphasis.
• Master's degree preferred.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Progressive accounting and financial leadership experience within a discrete manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close process and review journal entries and reconciliations per U.S. GAAP.
• Manage a four‑day monthly close and ensure timely divisional reporting and variance analysis.
• Maintain accounting policies, internal controls, and SOX compliance across the division.
• Support external, internal, SOX, and state tax audits and ensure documentation is robust.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, AOP coordination, and cross‑functional partnering with operations and leadership.
• Drive process improvements in ERP, consolidation, budgeting, and reporting systems.
