Job summary

ETAS seeks a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) to drive business growth for Manufacturing Diagnostics by identifying new opportunities, partnering with customers and sales, and aligning needs with diagnostic solutions. The role is a key technical interface between customers, sales, and product management.

You will support pre-sales, develop solutions, and contribute to product roadmap evolution, including on-site deployment, configuration, and testing of hardware and software in manufacturing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Electrical or other relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive industry and technology.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (travel may be required).

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and lead business acquisition with Sales, Customers and Product teams.
• Assist Sales in product and solution pitching with technical input and materials.
• Clarify customer requirements and translate into executable technical solutions and backlog.
• Lead on-site deployment, configuration, testing of hardware and software solutions and QA activities.
