Job summary

Seco is seeking a Project Engineer to lead end-to-end manufacturing projects from concept through industrialisation, combining machining expertise with digital engineering tools.

You will coordinate customers, sales teams, technical partners, and internal specialists, using CAD/CAM and simulation to define practical approaches and measurable value.

This role reports to the Regional Innovation Hub Manager and requires strong English, travel willingness, and a hands-on, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 5–7 years in production or mechanical engineering or similar roles.
• Experience leading technical projects from concept to implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing projects from concept to implementation.
• Define machining, tooling, and execution strategies based on customer needs.
• Use CAD/CAM and simulation to optimise processes and document projects.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and partners to deliver value.
• Support proposals, validation, reporting, and governance.
