Job summary

Waaree Solar Americas is seeking a Data Clerk to manage and maintain production data, inventory records, and work orders in our manufacturing environment. You will generate routine reports, assist quality control, and support process improvements with accurate data.

The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), 6+ months of data entry experience, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems. It is an on-site position in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree is a plus.
• At least 6 months of data entry or clerical experience in manufacturing or production.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP software experience a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and accurate.

Responsibilities

• Accurately input and maintain production data, inventory records, and work orders in databases.
• Monitor and update inventory levels for raw materials, components, and finished goods.
• Compile daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management.
• Ensure proper documentation of manufacturing records including logs and inspection reports.
• Assist quality control by recording inspection results and tracking defects.
• Perform routine audits of data for accuracy and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Collaborate with production teams to provide data insights for process improvements.
• Identify data trends and suggest manufacturing process improvements.
