Waaree Solar Americas is seeking a Receiving Coordinator in Texas to manage inbound shipments, inspect goods, and ensure accurate receiving records. You will support inventory accuracy and ERP data entry while collaborating with production and procurement teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in receiving or warehouse roles, familiarity with ERP systems, and a safety-focused approach in a manufacturing setting. Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years experience in receiving or warehouse roles, preferably in manufacturing or production.
• Experience with ERP systems, inventory management software, or similar tools.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees the receiving process for incoming materials, components, and shipments, ensuring accurate quantities and specifications.
• Inspects goods for damage or defects, documents discrepancies, and notifies appropriate departments.
• Verifies that packing lists, purchase orders, and shipping documents are present and accurate.
• Assists in updating inventory records and systems to maintain accuracy.
• Organizes and labels received goods for storage and retrieval in the warehouse.
• Maintains proper stock levels and reports shortages or overages to procurement and production.
• Acts as the primary point of contact for all receiving-related activities with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams.
• Collaborates with production planner and quality control to prioritize and expedite shipments as needed.
• Maintains organized and clean receiving area, complying with safety and company standards.
• Addresses and resolves issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect shipments; documents resolutions.
