First Solar is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Specialist to manage physical inventory validations, cycle counts, and related data transactions. You will ensure accuracy for BOM, spare parts, and finished goods while upholding SOX and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School or GED equivalent is required.
• College coursework or formal training is highly desired.
• Minimum of 3 years warehouse (shipping/receiving) experience.
• Cycle counting experience beneficial.
• Oracle WMS Cloud experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage physical inventory validations and cycle count activities across facilities.
• Execute inventory transactions for BOM, spare parts, and finished goods.
• Identify and escalate systemic issues and discrepancies; implement solutions.
• Ensure SOX controls and import/export compliance with policies.
• Support continuous improvement and inventory reporting activities.
