Job summary

Waaree Solar Americas is seeking a Receiving Clerk to manage the receipt, inspection, and storage of materials used in solar module production. You will ensure accurate documentation, maintain inventory in our ERP system, and support logistics with cross‑functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in receiving, familiarity with ERP/inventory systems, and a strong eye for detail and safety. Warehouse duties include counts, labeling, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics preferred.
• 2+ years in receiving or warehouse roles, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP and inventory systems.
• Familiarity with solar manufacturing or electronics components is a plus.
• Clear communication and problem solving are essential.
• Forklift certification preferred and safety procedures familiar.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving of materials and shipments ensuring accurate quantities.
• Inspect goods for damage, document discrepancies, notify departments.
• Verify packing lists, POs, and shipping documents for accuracy.
• Record receipts in ERP and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Update and reconcile inventory records; conduct counts and audits.
• Resolve issues related to damaged or missing shipments with suppliers.
• Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to expedite shipments.
• Maintain organized, clean receiving area and comply with safety standards.
• Prepare periodic receiving reports and support continuous improvement.
