Job summary

McCain Foods USA, Inc. in Burley, Idaho is seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to maintain accurate data, support attendance policies, and ensure compliance with company policies and the collective bargaining agreement.

You will work with department managers, supervisors and hourly staff to promote engagement and operational effectiveness, with emphasis on data integrity and timely communication. The role requires collaboration, detail orientation, and strong communication as part of a team

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Preferred: Associate Degree in General Business, Administration or similar field.
• Detail oriented; data accuracy is critical to success.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Collective Bargaining Agreement compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Attendance policy administration and actions.
• STD payroll adjustments bi-weekly and related documentation.
• Temporary labor agency relations and invoice reconciliation.
• Reception and Payroll back-up.
• Job bid administration.
• Reconcile Seniority List.
