Kannegiesser in Minneapolis is seeking a Manufacturing Data Clerk to support the Manufacturing and Warehouse teams by ensuring project information, parts, and production data are accurate and complete.

This hands-on, detail-oriented role offers data-entry duties, backup coverage for Production and Inventory, and opportunities to learn more about manufacturing operations while contributing to project closeout.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, clerical work, or a related role.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Ability to accurately enter, review, maintain, and retrieve information using computer systems and databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with employees across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely data entry into ERP and other company systems.
• Assist the Manufacturing team with project closeout activities, including entering, reviewing, and completing required project information.
• Maintain accurate information related to manufacturing projects, parts, materials, and production activities.
• Review data and documentation for completeness and accuracy and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Assist with maintaining accurate part and project records within the ERP system.
• Work with Manufacturing and Warehouse team members to obtain or clarify information needed to complete assigned tasks.
