This role collaborates with production, warehouse and shipping teams to keep orders organized and documentation up to date, while ensuring data integrity and compliance with safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and comfort using data-entry systems or spreadsheets.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• Able to read and follow written instructions.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior experience in data entry, shipping, clerical work, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Able to work in an active production or warehouse environment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update production, inventory, and shipping information in company systems.
• Prepare shipping documents, labels, and order paperwork.
• Review records for accuracy and resolve or report discrepancies.
• Track orders, shipments, and production activity.
• Communicate with production and warehouse staff about order status and documentation needs.
• Organize and maintain files, reports, and shipping records.
• Follow company procedures for safety, quality, and data confidentiality.
• Assist with general clerical and production support tasks as needed.
