Job summary

Planet Pharma is seeking a Data Entry Clerk, Manufacturing to support production operations in San Diego, CA. The role involves processing production orders and creating QC sample and bulk labels while ensuring data integrity in the ERP system.

You will work closely with Manufacturing, Inventory, and Planning teams to maintain accurate batch records, locations, and re-test sample submissions, contributing to smooth production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Process production orders
• Create labels for QC samples and bulks
• Coordinate with inventory controllers to assign Bin locations for bulks
• Maintain accuracy of bin locations and batch records
• Review, verify, and scan/attach batch records into ERP
• Assist Inventory and Planning teams with re-test samples

Job description

Pay range: 19-20/hr
*depending on experience

The Data Entry Clerk, Manufacturing will work closely with all of the Manufacturing teams to understand and streamline Manufacturing production processes. This position will be responsible for processing production orders, creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulks made by the Manufacturing teams, working closely with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy, and reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching batch records into Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This position will also be responsible for helping the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples and will perform other duties as necessary.
