Job summary

Kiosk Information Systems is seeking a Customer Success Manager/Project Manager to build strong client relationships and expertly drive manufacturing projects from booking to invoice.

The role requires coordinating with operations, engineering, and finance to keep projects on time and within budget, while ensuring customer satisfaction and growth opportunities. Travel is modest and a strong customer advocate is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, preferably within a manufacturing, logistics, or technical environment.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, balancing internal coordination and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.
• Project Planning & Execution: Lead and oversee multiple manufacturing projects from initiation through completion.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams including operations, engineering, finance, and logistics.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as a customer advocate within the organization, relaying feedback and improvements.
• Problem Solving: Track and review ongoing tasks and drive continual improvement.
• Escalation Management: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing customer-owned inventory.

Education
