Job summary

SPIROL in Danielson, CT is seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our on-site team and drive the order fulfillment process with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will coach staff, develop talent, and implement improvements to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of customer service leadership in a manufacturing setting, strong coaching and organizational skills, ERP experience, and the ability to manage competing priorities

Qualifications

3+ years of customer service leadership experience.
Manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience leading and developing teams.
ERP and business systems experience is considered ideal.
Strong operational and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience with performance management, coaching, and employee development.

Responsibilities

Lead the customer service team to deliver reliable order fulfillment and responsive service.
Drive process improvements to raise service levels and efficiency.
Coach and develop staff to enhance performance and succession planning.
Manage escalated customer situations and ensure timely resolutions.
Support recruiting and onboarding for the CS team.
Ensure the department meets service objectives and metrics.
