Job summary

SPIROL International Corporation is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for our Danielson, CT facility. The role focuses on developing and leading a high-performance production team to meet safety, quality and efficiency targets.

You will drive the production plan and ensure the team has the right knowledge, tools, and environment to succeed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, with SPC, Quality Systems or ISO exposure, and demonstrates strong

Qualifications

• 5+ years' supervisory experience in manufacturing with SPC/Quality Systems/ISO.
• Associate's degree in business or technical field required.
• Demonstrated mechanical, mathematical and analytical aptitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership with a focus on Total Quality Management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in executing the production plan and meet SPIROL's performance standards.
• Ensure the department has the knowledge, tools and environment to maximize success.
• Investigate production variances and implement root-cause corrective actions.
