Job summary

Universal Molding Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders nationwide, maintain files, gather data for part numbers, quotes, and order setup.

You will support production scheduler, shipping, sales, and supervisors; assist with credit card payments; answer questions on orders, pricing and tracking; and update price sheets. Strong communication, multi-tasking, Excel skills, and reliable attendance are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service experience.
• Experienced computer skills in Epics and Oracle.
• Experience in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Good work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• 3 years or more experience in Customer Service for manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Enter pull from stock orders, extrusion orders and inventory replenishment orders.
• Support accounting, QC, sales and production teams with up-to-date information on orders, shipments scheduling, returns and issues with outside processors.
• Assist in inventory control.
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently.
• Communicate and obtain information from department supervisors and managers.
• Communicate with outside processer orders and shipments.
• Log and track material for outside processors.
• Assist potential and current customers with questions, updates and tracking in regards to orders.
• Provide quotes for material for established and new customers.
• Provide information for customer returns and quote requests.
• Obtain credit card information for processing by our Accounting Dept.
• Update and distribute monthly/quarterly price sheets to customers.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
