Qualifications

• Masters degree in accounting or finance preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiar with cost accounting standards and standard cost systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost accounting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report cost-related financial information accurately and timely; perform cost variance analysis.
• Estimate, analyze, and report costs for labor, materials, R&D, and other items.
• Maintain and monitor standard product cost analysis for all products produced.
• Manage capital expenditures and reporting within budget guidelines.
• Collaborate with plant controllers to set cost reduction targets.
• Work with product planning to develop cost structures.
