Image Associates Inc. in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Cost Accounting Manager to join at a corporate level. You will oversee cost data collection, analysis, and reporting across multiple entities, focusing on cost reduction.

You will work with plant controllers and product planning to develop cost structures, monitor standard cost, and manage capital expenditures within budget while ensuring accurate variance analysis and ERP/SAP integration.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in accounting or finance preferred, bachelor’s degree is required.
• Should be familiar with cost accounting standards, with good understanding of a standard cost system.
• Good understanding of manufacturing cost accounting.
• Excellent ability with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be an experienced ERP systems user, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of cost related financial information, and cost variance analysis.
• Estimate, analyze and report costs incurred related to labor, materials, R&D, and other items.
• Maintain and monitor standard product cost analysis for all products produced.
• Manage capital expenditures and reporting, keeping within budget guidelines.
• Work with plant controllers to set cost reduction targets.
• Work with product planning to develop cost structures.
