What You'll Do as Cost Accounting Manager

• Lead strategic cost management initiatives to drive manufacturing efficiency and profitability
• Analyze and optimize plant KPIs (key performance indicators) and production costs
• Manage month-end close processes in SAP ERP system for USA business unit
• Oversee annual physical inventory counts and cycle counting programs
• Calculate manufacturing variances, scrap analysis, and waste reduction metrics
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Evaluate financial impact of production issues and process improvements
• Provide cost accounting guidance to plant managers and operations teams
• Coordinate audit preparation and regulatory compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing environment
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Must live in Phoenix, AZ metro area or willing to relocate
• Advanced proficiency in SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, and Power BI
