Manufacturing company with headquarters in the Clearwater-Tampa -St. Petersburg, Florida area, with several US plants, needs a Cost Accounting Manager to work in a corporate level position.

• Responsible for timely and accurate collection, analysis, and reporting of cost related financial information, and cost variance analysis.

• Manage capital expenditures and reporting, keeping within budget guidelines.
• Work with plant controllers to set cost reduction targets.
• Work with product planning to develop cost structures.

REQUIREMENTS

• Masters degree in accounting or finance preferred, bachelor's degree is required.
• Should be familiar with cost accounting standards, with good understanding of a standard cost system.
• Good understanding of manufacturing cost accounting.
• Excellent ability with MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be an experienced ERP systems user, SAP preferred.
