Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead cost and financial accounting for a manufacturing-oriented organization. You will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and business partnering with operations and finance to drive accurate results and cost reduction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong GAAP/IFRS knowledge and financial reporting.
• Experience with standard costing, ABC, and cost allocation.
• ERP experience with Oracle EBS, NetSuite, and/or SAP FI/CO.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end close and provide timely financial statements and variance explanations.
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, intercompany accounting, and key control accounts.
• Manage cost accounting including standard costing, ABC, and allocation methods.
• Oversee inventory valuation and WIP accounting; manage overhead allocation.
• Drive ERP and reporting system initiatives and integrations with MRP/manufacturing systems.
• Automate reporting using Excel VBA, Power BI, Tableau, SQL where appropriate.
• Supervise accounting staff and develop the team.
