Qualifications

• Masters degree in accounting or finance preferred; bachelor’s degree required.
• Familiarity with cost accounting standards and standard costing systems.
• Strong manufacturing cost accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint; experienced ERP user (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead cost collection, analysis, and reporting of cost-related financial information and variances.
• Estimate, analyze, and report costs by labor, materials, R&D, and other items.
• Maintain standard product cost analysis across all products.
• Manage capital expenditures and ensure adherence to budgets.
• Collaborate with plant controllers to set cost reduction targets.
• Work with product planning to develop cost structures.
